The metal tire swing can be found on the outer edge of the school-aged area of the Playground by the Sound. It’s connected to the Metal Swings, but it’s disconnected from the other playground components. This makes it one of the easier components for parents to watch.
There is plenty of space between the swing and the supports. This means that children are not going to swing into anything. It’s always possible that someone could fall off, especially if they are facing outward on the edge of the tire. There might also be a slight pinching risk if a kid grabs the chains.
