Time for a simple explanation for one of the components in the tot lot of the Playground by the Sound. The Sea Life Box is a sandbox. It's been decorated a little with fish and other types of sea life surrounding the box.
It's at the back side of the tot lot and is primarily disconnected from the other components with one exception. The Dungeness Crab Shack is on one of the box's edges.
