Spring 2014 Weather Summary

I wasn't just slow posting the June Weather Summary. I also missed a spring summary during my vacation.

It's kind of difficult for me to evaluate spring based on how it felt. I know we had a below-average May, but I have recently been subjected to un-Washingtonian weather. By that, I mean I have been out of state and am remembering recent hot weather more than the bulk of the season. I guess I will have to judge the spring solely based on the numbers. I am using the date range of March 20 through June 20.
