The Pod Hops can be found on the far end of the school-aged area at the Playground by the Sound. It's a series of small round platforms for children to jump across. There are three ends with the platforms being installed in roughly a Y pattern.
One end leads to the outer edge of the playground near the Moving Beam while two others lead to components, the Chain Ladder and the Hanging Pod Climber. For active children, this can provide a transition between the three components just mentioned.
This component is on the outer edge, so parent can watch their children without any obstructions. For paranoid parents, there's always the possibility that a kid doesn't hit a platform properly. I would think there is a slight chance for twisted ankles. I also wouldn't be surprised of someone missing a step could fall into one of the other platforms.
