One major accomplishment of Donald Trump is the major division that he has created within the Republican party. His harsh dialog has alienated members of his own party. It seems like half the Republicans refuse to support Donald Trump. Because he will be their nominee, many of them will vote for a third party or even Hillary Clinton.
What would have happened if Trump lost the nomination? Trump fans were already threatening to reject any other Republican candidate. This is essentially the other half of the Republican party.
Regardless of the Republican outcomes, about half of all Republicans were going to threaten to vote against the Republican candidate. People have short attention spans these days, and some Republicans were likely to forget about their threats by election day. Even so, there was a lot of damage done. Many Republicans will still vote against the party. This makes it nearly impossible for anyone to defeat Hillary.
Congratulations to Donald Trump. Your over-the-top antics are going to give the Democrats the presidency. Of course, the corrupt media was already trying to ensure that happened.
