October 2015 Weather Summary

After having a month that was actually on the cool side, we are back to warm weather. This was our second warmest October on record. In terms of the Washingtonian Weather Index, this was our third worst October when only temperature is taken into consideration. We had some room to climb to only our 15th worst October when the month's decent moisture is factored into the score.
