The Soft Climber can be found in the school-aged area of the Playground by the Sound near the entrance. Children can climb chains to reach the upper area of the playground.
Parents can have a fairly clear view of their kids if they move a little to the side. From the wrong angle, the Forest Climber can get in the way. The chains are covered except for the connections. This means pinching is possible but minimized. There's also the possibility that a child could misstep. I wouldn't rule out the possibility that some might fall through. The lowest level is low to the ground, so I wouldn't expect falling to be too scary of a thought. The top of this component might bother worrisome parents a little more since it does add a little height.
I would think that coming down would be a bit more concerning since tripping up could send children tumbling down. If they were on their way up, a slight trip up would send them onto higher chains or the bars at the top.
While the bars at the top might slow them down, children should have no problems squeezing through them. from there, they can look down at the rest of the playground or run around to other components at the top.
