Winter 2014 Weather Summary

I'm still plying around with seasonal updates. I need to nail down time frames and come up with mechanisms to actually remember to post (Remember my fall update? Neither did I). I targeted the date range of December 21 through March 19 for winter.

If you haven't been following my other posts, winter started a little too dry and then made a nice comeback. Overall, we ended up above average for the season.
