November 2013 Weather Summary

I wasn't entirely sure what to expect from the Washingtonian Weather Index for November. I really didn't notice the weather that much. This isn't that bad because I'm more likely to notice the weather when it's causing me problems. There were a few times that it felt a little cooler than ideal. It also seemed a little drier than I would have liked. Overall, it was a nice but not great month. Of course, we're talking about November. We are in the season where good months are not unusual. This is why a nice month turned out below average, and we are still having the second worst year ever.
