There were some cool days this month, and it was abnormally dry for January. We even spent about a week with an inversion that gave us cold temperatures and no rain in sight. It wasn't a bad month overall, but it really can't stack up to other Januaries. This means that we are starting off with a fairly low rank, but it won't take much to move up on the list.
