The Gen Z Conundrum

Like I said with millennials, I think it's ridiculous to judge people based on when they were born. Named generations portray some people as vastly different than if they were born a day earlier or later. Yes, there are trends, but defining individuals by a shallow label based on the year they were born is ridiculous.

There are great people who are members of Gen Z. There are also vocal members of the generation who only seem to be able to mindlessly parrot off liberal talking points. What's worse is that many of them portray themselves as representing their entire generation. These egotists are actually doing a disservice to their generation. They are portraying their entire generation as mindless conformists who have no thoughts of their own to contribute to society.

Again, there are good people who are members of Gen Z. There have to be. Unfortunately, the only people I ever encounter who indicate their membership in that group are horrible. If these people want respect for Gen Z, they will shut up. They will stop drowning out the voices of mentally strong individuals from the same generation who are actually capable of contributing to society.
