Right to abortions

I once read something online where someone insisted that abortions and Planned Parenthood were fundamental human rights. I hope I don't have to explain how a specific organization does not qualify as a right. I will, however, explain a bit about how abortions do not qualify.

I actually want to explore an alternative perspective on this one. I want to focus primarily on how abortions are not natural. We had to develop procedures just to make abortions possible.

How exactly did we come to the conclusion that abortions should be treated as a right? Were people born before abortions became possible deprived of human rights? Would we be deprived of the right if we wouldn't have created an effective approach to abortions?

The bottom line here is that it is absurd to think that abortions should legitimately be classified as a right. Even if you are strictly pro-choice, there is no way to justify elevating the development and implementation of any unnatural and unnecessary process to the same level as life, thought, independence, and so many other legitimate rights. Forget about the pros and cons of accessible abortions for a moment. This has been a really bizarre interpretation of what we label as human rights.
