November 2015 Weather Summary

We started the month with mild temperatures and decent rainfall. Toward the end of the month, we got colder and drier. Unlike what we saw during the summer, it was the cooler days that took a toll on our Washingtonian Weather Index rating for the month. It wasn't too bad, but we easily ended up below average.

Our year-to-date score has not recovered well. This is still appearing as our worst year. I don't expect that to continue. Our second worst to date just happens to be the year when we recorded our worst December. Considering long-range forecasts for December, I think it's safe to say that we will move up at least one spot.
