December 2013 Weather Summary

We had an abnormal cold snap earlier in the month. Typical of cold snaps, we were also dry during that time. That stretch alone had me convinced that we were not going to score well this month. We eventually got into some better temperatures, but we were still too dry for December. This was our fifth worst December statistically speaking. We also finished up with our third worst year ever. As I stated before, I might revise the weather index for the new year. If I do, I will probably show how we change in regards to the full year rankings.
