Documenting: Is that enough?

I have been saying it for years. Given the opportunity, I could change the world. Because I have not seen a suitable pathway, I started more aggressively documenting my ideas.

If you have been to my blog before, you might know why I decided to make my ideas public. Although I don't want to be excluded from my ideas, I am more concerned with my ideas being lost. I would rather have someone outright steal my ideas than to have them lost when my time comes.

Recently, I have been thinking about a big drawback to this approach. I'm not the best writer to begin with, and I have to cut some corners to push my way past my hatred of writing. Additionally, there is no way that I’m remembering absolutely everything when I'm writing. If any of my ideas are pursued entirely based on my writing, some ideas will be lost, and I won't be able to clarify my thoughts.

This raises an important question. Is documenting my ideas enough? As long as I don't have alternatives, I have to keep this up. Unfortunately, this appears to be insufficient. To get the most out of my ideas, I need to find a pathway that allows my personal involvement.

There are five projects in particular that I feel I can use to make this world a better place, education, social networking, sports, news, and global relations. I seriously don't see how I can pursue any of these. Worrying about what could be lost, I feel like I need to pursue all five. I'm starting to feel desperate, but I just don't see how I can follow through. Desperation is being supplemented by a feeling of helplessness. This is not a good feeling.
