Tic-Tac-Toe

Tic-Tac-Toe is a straightforward component in the tot lot at the Playground by the Sound. As such, I probably don't need to do much explaining.

This component is on the outer edge of the lot. There are nine rotating blocks that include various shapes as well as X's and O's. I haven't played around with the game, so I can't tell how well it spins.
