Evaluation of my current life

Periodically, I need to just vent. I have decided to put together several posts for that very reason. I'm not just pushing myself to open up, but I'm actually willing to go beyond what I really think on a number of issues. This is one of these posts. Overregulation is regressive

What does it mean to be regressive? There are two primary views on this. One is that you are pushing society backwards. The other is that you are inhibiting progress.

Yearly Blog Update 2026

It's that time of year again to discuss changes being made to my online presence. This year is a little different. Instead of reevaluating my online presence for some changes that will start with the new year, I'm focusing on changes that are already in progress.

DEI

Diversity, equity, and inclusion. On their own, these are not inherently bad. The abundant programs embracing the initials DEI, on the other hand, can be seriously concerning.

The mindless senator

When it comes to intelligence and stupidity, I have been fairly open that I see things differently than most people. You can even find part of this in my list of Defining Beliefs. Nothing subjective in nature can be measured in a truly accurate and objective manner. There is no right and wrong in subjectivity, only personal opinions.
