Periodically, I need to just vent. I have decided to put together several posts for that very reason. I'm not just pushing myself to open up, but I'm actually willing to go beyond what I really think on a number of issues. This is one of these posts. Expect this to turn out as an incomprehensible irrational rant.
Why did I start my series that I called My Idea Outlet? I've actually explained this before. I have some ideas that I'm worried about losing. It appears that I will never have the opportunity to pursue these ideas myself. I would rather have someone outright steal my ideas than to have them lost.
I live a deceptively stressful lifestyle. This increases the odds that my ideas will be lost if they are not documented. Simply put, I need to document my ideas before I die.
Let me clarify something. Ideally, I would prefer to be involved in my own ideas. The issue here is prioritization. It is selfish to refuse to do anything with my ideas unless I can be personally involved. I can't let my personal preferences prevent me from documenting ideas that I believe can benefit others. Losing my ideas is so much scarier than not being able to personally participate.
