This idea was built around my desire to make changes in my life. Since I was the focus from the beginning, this could be viewed as a more selfish idea than the others I have shared. Despite that, I’m honestly not sure that a year of change would work for me. Regardless, it is possible that others could benefit from pursuing a year of change. That’s why I felt that public documentation for this idea was justified.
